3. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect

During the pilot stage, users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless specifically authorized and necessary. This includes:

  • Unnecessary exact residential addresses

5. AI and Automated Processing

SecureAIHub may use AI-assisted tools to process user inputs and generate workflow outputs. Outputs are for decision-support only and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use.

User inputs may be processed using third-party AI service providers configured by SecureAIHub. SecureAIHub will use reasonable efforts to configure service providers appropriately for pilot-stage business use.

Users agree not to rely solely on SecureAIHub outputs without independent verification.

6. Email Communications

By participating in the pilot, users consent to operational, onboarding, support, administrative, security, and pilot-related email communications from SecureAIHub.

Users may request to stop receiving non-essential pilot communications, but SecureAIHub may still send required operational, security, legal, or account-related notices.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Database providers
  • AI service providers
  • Email and communication providers
  • Security and monitoring tools
  • Analytics, session behavior, and usage measurement providers
  • Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, and insurers
  • Service providers helping operate the business

SecureAIHub may use limited analytics and session behavior tools, including tools such as Microsoft Clarity or similar providers, to help understand how visitors interact with public pages. These tools may collect or process technical and interaction information such as page views, clicks, scrolling behavior, approximate session duration, browser and device information, referral source, and similar usage data.

SecureAIHub uses these tools to improve the pilot experience, understand page usability, evaluate public demo engagement, and identify where visitors may experience confusion or drop off. SecureAIHub does not use these tools during the pilot stage to sell personal information or knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

No Sale or Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising During Pilot

SecureAIHub does not sell personal information for money. During the pilot stage, SecureAIHub does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If SecureAIHub later uses advertising technologies or data-sharing practices that require opt-out rights under applicable privacy laws, SecureAIHub will update this Privacy Policy and provide required choices.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the pilot, improve the product, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Company.

Pilot users may request deletion of certain information by contacting SecureAIHub. Some records may be retained if needed for legal, security, tax, backup, audit, or legitimate business purposes.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Users should avoid submitting unnecessary confidential or sensitive information during the pilot.

10. Data Breach Notification

If SecureAIHub becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, SecureAIHub will investigate and take appropriate steps based on the nature of the incident. Where required by applicable law, SecureAIHub will notify affected users, regulators, or other required parties.

Users may contact SecureAIHub to request:

12. California Privacy Notice

SecureAIHub is currently an early-stage pilot platform and may not meet all statutory thresholds for every California privacy law in every circumstance. Even where certain laws may not apply in full, SecureAIHub intends to respect reasonable privacy requests from pilot users, including requests to access, correct, or delete certain information, subject to identity verification, legal requirements, security needs, backup limitations, audit obligations, and legitimate business purposes. California residents may have rights under California law, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses of personal information where applicable.

You agree not to use SecureAIHub in violation of U.S. export control laws, sanctions laws, government procurement restrictions, security classification rules, or other applicable restrictions. You are responsible for determining whether your use, project, customer, data, or environment is subject to export control, sanctions, classified information handling, government contracting, or other special regulatory requirements.

13. Cookies, Local Storage, Analytics, Session Behavior Tools, and Similar Technologies

SecureAIHub may use cookies, local storage, log files, session identifiers, analytics tools, session behavior tools, or similar technologies to operate the website and application, maintain pilot access, remember local session settings, support device-scoped recent activity, improve user experience, understand usage, secure the platform, and evaluate pilot performance.

During the pilot stage, SecureAIHub may use limited analytics and session behavior tools on public pages, such as the landing page, demo page, request-access page, terms page, and privacy page. These tools may help SecureAIHub understand page views, referral source, clicks, scrolling behavior, approximate session duration, embedded video engagement, request-access button activity, and form interaction behavior.

SecureAIHub uses this information to improve public page clarity, evaluate pilot outreach effectiveness, identify usability issues, and improve the pilot onboarding experience.

SecureAIHub does not intend to use analytics or session behavior tools to collect passwords, payment card information, third-party system credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or unnecessary confidential customer information. Where available, SecureAIHub intends to configure masking, redaction, or similar privacy settings to reduce the collection of sensitive information.

During the pilot stage, SecureAIHub primarily uses these technologies for functionality, security, session continuity, analytics, product improvement, and pilot experience evaluation. If SecureAIHub later uses non-essential advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies that require consent or opt-out mechanisms, SecureAIHub will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate choices where required by law.

14. Children’s Privacy

SecureAIHub is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Users should not submit information from children.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

SecureAIHub may link to or integrate with third-party services. SecureAIHub is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

16. International Users

SecureAIHub is primarily intended for users in the United States during the pilot stage. Users outside the United States should not use SecureAIHub unless authorized.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy, privacy practices, data handling, or use of SecureAIHub shall be governed by the dispute resolution terms in the SecureAIHub Terms of Use, including the binding arbitration provisions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
